At 3CBT we offer both individual and group sessions, tailored for your needs.

Individual therapy
Our one-to-one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) sessions offer personalised support to help you work through challenges and create lasting change.
You can choose between
- Secure online therapy - ideal for convenience and flexibility
- In-person sessions in Edinburgh - we can connect face-to-face in a safe, supportive setting.
Your first 15 minute call with us is free of charge to help you decide if we are right for you. Sessions after that cost £50 - £60 for 50 minutes, depending on your choice of therapist.
If you are on a low income then sliding scale pricing is also available, just get in touch.

CBT Wellness Groups
You don't need to reinvent the wheel.
If you have anxiety or low mood, learning how other people manage their symptoms can help you start to feel better too.
These short courses are free, teach CBT techniques and you don't need a referral from your doctor.
They are also a chance to make social contact with people having a similar experience to you. You're not alone.
We run educational CBT groups throughout Edinburgh during the year.
In addition to anxiety and low mood, we can also create bespoke training courses for you or your group.
