We will teach you ways to manage your own symptoms across 5 x 2hr group sessions.
Self-referrals are accepted and attendees can also access low-cost therapy*

*All group attendees can request low cost 1 to 1 therapy, however starting therapy together will depend on the outcome a 1 to 1 assessment. This is standard practice, as therapists need to ensure they are working safely with their clients and within the limits of their professional competence.
