What is CBT?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a practical, evidence-based talking therapy. It helps you challenge and change those thoughts and behaviours that keep you locked into the same patterns of experience.

 

There is a lot of scientific evidence showing that it can help with a wide range of mental health issues. Many people have found it effective way to change how they feel.
